These Terms of Service describe the conditions for using the websites and services offered by AMSAN Web Solutions.
Please read these terms before placing an order or using a paid service. A separately accepted proposal, order form or service agreement may contain additional terms. If there is a conflict, the specific agreement governs the relevant service, subject to applicable law.
AMSAN Web Solutions provides services that may include:
The exact deliverables, features, fees and service period will be described in your proposal or selected plan.
Clients must provide accurate requirements, necessary materials, timely feedback and authorised access required for the work.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you supply—including images, text, trademarks and customer information—can lawfully be used for the project.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation and delivery schedule. Additional charges must be agreed before the additional work begins.
Fees, payment milestones and applicable taxes will be specified before purchase or project approval.
Domain names, hosting, premium plugins, software licences, advertising budgets and other third-party costs are included only when expressly stated.
Any renewal or recurring charge must be disclosed before you agree to it.
Project schedules depend on the agreed scope and timely access to content, approvals and third-party services.
The number of revisions and any post-launch support period will be stated in your proposal. Ongoing maintenance and new features require a separate agreement unless included in the original scope.
We will communicate material delays and discuss reasonable changes to the schedule.
Cancellation and refund conditions must be disclosed in the relevant proposal or plan before payment.
For project services, any cancellation settlement will consider the agreed terms, completed work and authorised non-recoverable costs, subject to applicable law.
For AMSAN Academy courses and platform access, eligibility for cancellation or refund must be explained before purchase, including how activation or use affects eligibility.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Ownership of custom deliverables and any transfer after payment will be defined in the project agreement.
Third-party software, themes, plugins, stock images and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences.
Our pre-existing tools and reusable components remain ours unless expressly agreed otherwise. Any necessary licence for their use in your project will be specified in the agreement.
Amazon support is provided within the agreed scope and authorised account permissions.
Clients remain responsible for their products, business information, compliance obligations and final business decisions.
Amazon controls its marketplace policies and account decisions. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, listing approval, account reinstatement or protection from suspension.
AMSAN Academy provides online courses and learning support, including PTE preparation, through the features included in your selected course or plan.
For PTE preparation offered through AMSAN Academy, practice results or mock test scores, where offered, are not official Pearson results. We do not guarantee any examination score, admission, visa or immigration outcome.
Users must follow the account and access limits stated in their course or plan. Institute access and multiple student accounts require the relevant arrangement.
PTE and Pearson trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to them do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
You must not misuse our services, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious software or copy and resell protected content without permission.
Both parties must protect confidential information received during a project and use it only for the agreed purpose, except where disclosure is authorised or required by law.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable project agreement.
Online services may experience interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party outages. Continuous availability is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in a service-level agreement.
Each party’s liability is subject to applicable law and the relevant service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Services may be suspended or ended for material breach, unlawful use, security risks or overdue payment, subject to the relevant agreement and applicable law.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any outstanding work, payment, access and data-return arrangements will be handled under the applicable agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights applicable to the customer. Disputes may be brought before courts or forums with lawful jurisdiction.
